The humble limpet shell. We find them everywhere on New Zealand beaches, in many sizes and states of aging. One day I came across a shell that was the perfect shape for a hoop earring and it got me thinking.....what if?
A variation on the original, popular, limpet hoop earring - the hoop is larger but narrower than the original, creating more of a hoop effect. Cast sterling silver with cold enamel on the back to provide glimpses of colour. Available in bright blue, bright green or electroplated 14ct gold.
