The thing I absolutely love about lost wax casting is the ability to work with melted wax to make the model. Melted wax allows me to mimic the movement and flow of water. I enjoy the process of playing with the melted wax as much as the piece of jewellery that I create. It has taken me a long time to master the technique I use so that the wax is flowing freely but I retain just enough control to shape it. Every piece created is utterly unique. No two pieces will ever be the same. This technique is used in a lot of my jewellery, including my flow rings.
Cast sterling silver cuff with a high polish, inspired by the movement and flow of water.
